Like Dutz stated take it to the repair shop.
Repair shop if you don't know how to work on it.
Should not have bought it in the first place if it is a POS.
Return it if it is new.
Part it out if it is beyond repair.

My AR that I had just purchased at RDA was defective, and it was sent off to the manufacturer for repair. Works great now, just took a while. It was convenient that RDA was able to do the shipping for me.

Once in awhile a new gun out of the box has issues. Sometimes, it is the magazines or ammo. Sometimes it is just either a bad part, or poor assembly. Take it back to where you purchased it. They can take a look at it, and be so helpful in telling the manufacturer what is wrong. Most manufacturers fall all over themselves to make a new purchase right. They understand in today's rifle world standing by a product is everything. Reputation is everything. Never be afraid to get the opinion of a good gunsmith either.
