a Couple of problems...

1st, why was there LIVE ammunition being used in malfunction removal training away from a range?

2nd, The student violated a primary rule of safety, Didn't keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction.

3rd, Although the article didn't say so, probably had their finger on the trigger.

Sad, but lack of safety. Every class I have taken and Red Dot has required repeated checks for safety and no ammo has been allowed in class. Always felt safe at RDA classes, thanks guys.
