My Alma-mater, Liberty University, allows concealed carry of firearms on campus. They can't allow it in dorms though due to an idiotic federal law preventing it. If any of you remember the story, about a year ago a campus police officer stumbled across a guy trying to break into one of the dorm buildings using a sledge hammer. He was out to get to his former girlfriend. If the officer wouldn't have been in the right place at the right time, it could have ended very badly because those in the dorm are prevented from having a viable way of defending themselves. These 2nd Amendment violating laws need to go the way of the dodo.

RE: Improving Safety on College Campuses - British Gunner - 03-14-2016

For all those concerned about guns on campus, can we all remember that one particular school made a big deal that it was now a gun free campus and announced as much in a press release. That school was Virginia Tech, and we all know what happened a few days later.
