I have a simple solution to '57 states' problem, whereby he can close the prison, and we will not have to pay for the prisoners anymore. I will hang them all by the neck until each one is dead. I will perform this service to my country free of charge. I will even bury them at sea for you, after I stuff their mouths with rancid bacon. I offer this service for Free.

Obama can't close Gitmo, only Congress can do that. And he can't bring the prisoners in either.
He is just pandering.

Obama has done a lot of things that he technically isn't allowed to do with his magic pen. This would just be another Obozo over-reach that noone in congress will lift a finger to stop.
