I could not agree MORE! I know that I have taught my oldest son and now my youngest (23) is moving towards the light. I have also directed a few others towards the light.

"Prepare, but be aware. You will be insulted as an uneducated, unfeeling nativist, xenophobic, right-wing, redneck, reactionary…and worse. The media will excoriate you and ridicule your way of life, as will churches like that which President Obama is a member. Turn them off and head to the range."

The Anti-American left wing lunatic fringe (and you cannot tell me an irrational FEAR of an inanimate object is not a form of insanity), will always want to do away with our Constitutional Rights in favor of their utopian vision of big government controlling every aspect of life.

You can choose one Liberty and Freedom or Socialist big government. Socialism cannot exist in a free society that is armed, because government cannot rob the productive to support the parasites. Always choose Liberty and Freedom over any form of Marxism, Communism or Socialism.

I agree. If they are allowed in, it is temporary at most....to show our humanity. I think that if their countries weren't so backward, this would be a completely different story. Remember, that region used to be the center of learning and peaceful modern thought. But it only takes a few bad times, foreign exploitation (ie. Britain) or some hateful imam to bring on easy to come by hatred. So, if we let them in, it needs be conditional, limited, temporary, confined and monitored. The government would need to make it clear that they do not share the full rights of citizens nor any guarantee of work. I really don't like the idea myself, as it usually would be on the backs of the taxpayer. Ugh!

One of the biggest problems with large immigration is the failure to integrate into American society. As an immigrant myself, I wanted to embrace what American has to offer. I honestly could not think of anything worse than living surrounded by and only interacting with other British people... what's the point, I may have well stayed in Britain. America is great country, and I'm glad I'm part of it, but if you don't support America and embrace what America stands for then don't come here.
