Round 3 - ssphoto - 07-28-2015 Went out for my third time shooting trap. Worst I've ever done, about 10% hits. Disappointing. I remember Steve's comment about not getting discouraged. I look forward to some good personal training when the opportunity presents itself. Sure fun pulling that trigger tho! FUN! RE: Round 3 - fromtheplaines - 07-29-2015 Have you pattern your gun? Also the worst thing you can do is worry about how bad you are shooting. Each clay is its own shot RE: Round 3 - ssphoto - 07-29-2015 (07-29-2015, 10:41 AM)fromtheplaines Wrote: Have you pattern your gun? If we're still meeting up this Saturday at McHenry, you can perhaps educate me on that. Let me know if you still plan on going. I believe I had 11AM set on my calendar. RE: Round 3 - fromtheplaines - 07-29-2015 Yep I am still down. If they have a patterning board there we will do that. It's a way to tell where your gun shoots. I would bring some extra shells with you as well for the board. RE: Round 3 - Dutz - 07-29-2015 (07-29-2015, 11:31 AM)fromtheplaines Wrote: Yep I am still down.
