New Jersey at it again! - bradberry - 05-24-2015 “This gives the ability to monitor large ammunition purchases and flag them for law enforcement,” http://therighttobear.com/forget-gun-registration-this-state-wants-ammo-registration/ RE: New Jersey at it again! - rwhite135 - 05-24-2015 Nothing out of NJ surprises me. This is the same state that was going to prosecute a man for having an antique flint lock pistol without a permit. That type of weapon doesn't need a permit as it is classified as an antique. You don't even need an FFL to sell it in your store. RE: New Jersey at it again! - bradberry - 05-24-2015 (05-24-2015, 11:24 AM)rwhite135 Wrote: Nothing out of NJ surprises me. He loves his double talk and is as slimy as the greasy hamburgers he stuffs into his gullet. California at one point required your DL for every purchase of ammunition. It was just needed to buy but you had to sign a log of record for each purchase. |
