In the battle for rights we often forget the importance of property rights. Once those are gone the battle is over as the rest will fall.

Yeah, I thought this wasn't so much a 2A victory but a property rights victory. It just happened the property was guns.

I agree. Just because you did something wrong and the courts rule against you doesn't give the State/County the right to come and and take any of your property "just because".
