I am pretty sure the facts of this article are inaccurate. The president cannot put implementation of a treaty that requires 2/3 majority into a trade agreement that requires a majority. Also the statement "it can’t be filibustered … it can’t be amended … and the GOP can’t refuse to consider it" sounds very inaccurate as well.

Too much sensationalist language in this.

As a follow-up, the bill was defeated today in a Senate vote. Obama's new best friend, the liberal RINO Mitch McConnell, sounded like Harry Reid today while whining about the voting results.

How, in the name of Zeus, did we end up in out lifetimes with such a universal band of fourth-rate politicians on all levels of government?
