what is the best CCW resource - ssphoto - 04-20-2015

Hi all. I am planning a road trip to Kansas and am looking for the best resource to find out reciprocity and other laws. What do you all use? I have a phone app called CCW that although it appears to be accurate disclaims accuracy liability. Some websites appear to be out of date as well. Concealcarry. Org is probably the best website I've seen, but I'm still not sure how accurate it is. Sometimes I wonder if I should just visit each state's attorney general website for the absolute 100% verification. Thanks in advance.

Legal Heat has a decent app.

I find the best resource being the States Attorney Office of that State. Most have FAQ's posted on the States website. If still in doubt about the law, call the office.

Hope this helps.

This is a really good site.

It's also a link on the www.RedDotArms.com site in the footer as FIREARM LAWS.

I also have this app on my phone. It's pretty great.

Thanks for all the feedback. I was interested in the AMGOA website had for Kansas regarding militia, "The people have the right to bear arms for their defense and security; but standing armies, in time of peace, are dangerous to liberty, and shall not be tolerated, and the military shall be in strict subordination to the civil power."

I also like the Posted app for android. And the ccw laws app by the same company. Lots of different resources to look into though!

a cool site that Dutz pointed out a while back was POSTED LOCATIONS.

Shows you sites that have NO GUNS signs on their businesses.
