'Nuff said. They were having issues with triggers failing on their Glock21 Gen 4s. Glock couldn't solve the issue to their satisfaction so they switched. I believe American Rifleman had the the story. Here's the only story I can currently find that mentions it: http://weaponsman.com/?p=16496 All of the others from a year or so ago seem to have been scrubbed on the reason for the switch, including on AmericanRifleman.org. My younger sister's husband is a PA State Trooper and I know what his thoughts on the Glock 21 Gen 4 are. He hates it. RE: GLOCK 43!!! - Brian S - 05-25-2015 Never had the thought of owning a .45 GAP. I do recall other issues with GEN 4's when they first came out. Thanks. Little late to the game guys. I am curious why you say Croation and "intrac" like it is a bad thing. Do you have some historical evidence about Croation firearms that indicate they are inferior? If the XDs are the only evidence then Croation stands for excellence. RE: GLOCK 43!!! - Brian S - 05-26-2015 If I'm not mistaking, Kimber are also Croatian frames. RE: GLOCK 43!!! - BelieveIn308 - 05-26-2015 hmmm... Glock 43, same awful trigger, same lousy sights, only 6+1 rounds, and now you get a hobbit grip instead of a 2x4 grip. Now if it were not $100 more than an M&P Shield it might be OK, but really? RE: GLOCK 43!!! - Karl B - 05-26-2015 For the haters...don't buy one. It's that easy. RE: GLOCK 43!!! - BelieveIn308 - 05-27-2015 We won't... But can we still laugh at those that do? *Snicker* RE: GLOCK 43!!! - twise0725 - 05-27-2015 Looks nice never been a huge fan but willing to give it a try RE: GLOCK 43!!! - rwhite135 - 05-27-2015 (05-27-2015, 07:22 AM)BelieveIn308 Wrote: We won't... The uglier the better, I'll take a Glock any day of the week...even with formal wear.
