RE: Green or Red - BelieveIn308 - 10-02-2014 You could always mount it on the shotgun as long as there is a section of rail on the shotgun. And if you decide later to change it out and put it on the future AR, no big deal. RE: Green or Red - Ringo3632 - 10-02-2014 Yeah I think my biggest obstacle is just deciding if I want to put a mount on it. But before doing that I think I'll work on getting a 20" barrel to make it a little easier to manage in a tight space. RE: Green or Red or Blue - Brian S - 01-06-2015 A new color lazer... Blue Laser RE: Green or Red - Wolfdrache - 01-06-2015 That sounds awesome. Might have to get into the blue lasers soon. RE: Green or Red - rwhite135 - 01-14-2015 I'm colorblind and have a much easier time picking up on a green laser dot than a red one. This even holds true in a video game such as Battlefield 4. When it comes to weapon lights Streamlight makes good stuff. I have a TRL-3 on my HK USP .40S&W that came with a mount for the USP's proprietary rail without needing an adapter to turn it into a 1913 rail. RE: Green or Red - bradberry - 01-14-2015 I believe that the human eye is able to see more green. RE: Green or Red - AcilletaM - 01-14-2015 Issues with green is the most common form of color blindness, then red, then blue. The question I have is how bright is it? Red works well because it typically doesn't affect your vision in the dark. Green does a little more and blue even more. RE: Green or Red - rwhite135 - 01-14-2015 My colorblindness is red/green with red being harder to see because it can blend with browns. Greens tend to be easier for me to distinguish and especially outdoors. Depending on the shades I can also have issues telling the difference between blue and purple. RE: Green or Red - Codyp911 - 06-24-2015 Green, easier to see than red. RE: Green or Red - BelieveIn308 - 07-02-2015 I am not color blind, to me outdoors, RED is clearly the best color. But I can understand the Green option indoors or for the color blind.
