Planting with Force!

Peppers, Cucumbers, Tomato? and how many plants per shell? and when is the best time to shoot them in and what if you have worm tubes in the garden won't that screw up my worms and will RDA have a the garden section? Sorry for all the question but I'm real new to this shooting up the garden thing. Don't get me wrong I think it's great that someone came up with this it beats the digging all them holes. God I love technology.

With the right size can you till and plant at the same time?
