His legacy is to be remembered as a President that was weak, had zero ideas, and tried to force more big government socialism down the People's throats. Jimmy Carter is smiling. He will not be remembered as the worst president in a century. Obama clearly is the dumbest President to hold the office. Compared to Obama, W is a Rhodes scholar.
