Where I live isn't far from there and there have been issues with gangs running illegal gambling operations in the area. That may be why they sent the SWAT team. Well that and Fairfax is in the DC area. Just playing Devil's Advocate.
Some agency needed funding for a few new weapons?
Too much government it seems. The law should be able to tell who's a gang member and who's just having a good chance at losing some money. Do the research before getting the warrant? Hmmm.
