Well, lets see how far this really gets.

This is another bill, that like Keystone, Obozo said he'd veto if it lands in the oval office. We'll have to wait and see.
I know this is fantasy land, but I would really like to see McCconnell and Boehner find at least one cahone between them and make Obama veto a few bills. When it comes to fighting republicans McConnell can be a tough old Kentuckian but with Obama he turns into a crying little girl.
It may be just a pipe dream and it may get vetoed but at least someone is trying to take steps in the RIGHT direction. I applaud Representative Morgan Griffith (R-VA) for putting this out there. I have not read the bill yet but I will try to get through it this week. I am sure there will be some issues with it but I will give a hand to Representative Morgan Griffith (R-VA).
I'm not saying that I wouldn't like to see Obozo have to veto it. If he starts vetoing every bill he can't point at Repubs and blame them for the deadlock. I was just pointing out what his nonsense is on this. It would be hilarious if enough Dems were to cross over and support the bill in the senate to make a veto a moot point.
