Drudge Report is quoting the FBI that it doesn't need a warrant to listen in on Cell Phone conversations.

Only the Liberal, big government mind can think like this. What happened to the right to privacy? What happened to the need to obtain a Warrant? The Obama administration thinks this is perfectly fine.

Sorry but it is not. What will be needed then is ENCRYPTED phone communication devices.

Where is the outcry from the liberal press? They lame stream media has become a tool of the socialist big government democrats. The Constitution, Freedom and Liberty be damned.
Yep. Been going on for years.

Thumbup
It was probably going on long before Bush signed the Patriot Act in 2001. Bush actually suspended the 4th albeit a short time he still did suspend it. Unfortunately what may have been something started to protect the US has now morphed into an issue that NSA and others have long since abused.
Bush may have treated the 4th Amendment as suspended, but the Constitution cannot be 'suspended'. And I agree this unlawful invasion of privacy has been going on for decades, as the socialist, big government types expand the role of government in our lives.

All the more reason to return to the principles of the Bill of Rights, Liberty and Freedom.

I could not agree with you more brother!
They did it to Gingrich when he was Speaker of the House.
