Silly. It came out that the bushmaster was NOT used. It was supposed to be .45ACP handgun.

This could be good news I had my car hit two times by illegal alien drivers with no insurance no license. paid out of pocket for the repairs so my insurance won't go up I have no claims.
So maybe now if this lawsuit go's I can go after the automobile manufacturers for damages next time.
PS: I don't driving in Waukegan anymore.

This lawsuit is such a f'n joke. I am sure that this case will draw out for a long long time but I am anxious to see the outcome. I can't imagine unless the lawyers are total idiots that the AR distributors and manufacturers will walk away from this with anything more then legal fees.
Funny think is Bushmaster is banned in Maryland. We can ship any AR there, except a Bushmaster...WTF? It's sad that Americans vote folks that make laws that have no idea what they are doing.
It's all group think.most if the antis I know, don't know anything about guns, except they are scary to them.
Then bring them to a home safety class. Most folks love guns once they know how they work.

This is the reality of gun ignorance.

They best pray I am not on the jury. I will find against those that brought the suit and order them to pay all the defendants attorney fees and all court costs. Will Budweiser or Buick be held liable for drunk drivers?

This kind of liberal nonsense needs to stop. Can we sue liberals who voted for Obama for the results?

Wasn't the gun owner killed by her insane son? Why was the insane son free? Oh that's right, because democrats say you cannot be deemed a danger to society until you commit a crime. Don't people remember George McGovern's famous lawsuit that emptied the mental hospitals? We have liberal problem, not a gun problem.

I love that statement.

This is an awesome idea! I know a bunch of idiots that I would love to sue for that reason!
Just point the muzzle of a shotgun at the instructors groin? I think they would benefit from a safety class before range time. A class would also show the Lib's that we don't take safety for granted.
So true... It must not have been the first time, as his eyes didn't bulge out. Worse still, her finger was on the trigger. The instructor must have been scared shitless... did she rack the slide or didn't she...
No matter what we try to do...we still have not found a way to FIX STUPID!

Wow! What a terrible way to introduce newbies, IMO.
1. over the sales counter? really? with distractions, etc?
2. how about starting them with them with smaller caliber weapons?
3. a shotgun on the first session?

This video may not be showing everything that was said, but what is shown is a sales guy "showing off" and not showing the seriousness of how to handle a gun.

Am I missing something?
