The third most important item is a good quality IFAK. This can be enhanced to suit your tastes and expectations. These can be purchased in a lot of places, but remember you usually get what you pay for. As to other medical supplies, I'd recommend a supply of pain killers, antibiotics, and any needed medications to last for 3 months or longer. Other medical supplies can be carried in your BOB.
