Missouri Democrats Introduce Legislation to Confiscate Firearms - Gives Gun Owners 90 Days to Turn in Weapons

Missouri Democrats introduced an anti-gun bill which would turn law-abiding firearm owners into criminals. They will have 90 days to turn in their guns if the legislation is passed.

Here’s part of the Democratic proposal in Missouri:

4. Any person who, prior to the effective date of this law, was legally in possession of an assault weapon or large capacity magazine shall have ninety days from such effective date to do any of the following without being subject to prosecution:

(1) Remove the assault weapon or large capacity magazine from the state of Missouri;

(2) Render the assault weapon permanently inoperable; or

(3) Surrender the assault weapon or large capacity magazine to the appropriate law enforcement agency for destruction, subject to specific agency regulations.

5. Unlawful manufacture, import, possession, purchase, sale, or transfer of an assault weapon or a large capacity magazine is a class C felony.

Not that there is a snowballs chance in Missouri,

But I have a better suggestion, rather than remove your guns protected under the Second Amendment, the people of Missouri should continue to remove democrats from office at every level. This will solve a number issues... Socialism, violations of the 1st, 2nd and 4th amendments, and restore freedom and liberty from the nanny state.

You would think they got the message after the election, but evidently not. We need to fire another 800-1200 democrats in the various state houses. We fired 9 in the senate, 13 in the house, 3 governors, 12 other state office holders and 468 in state houses.

If a politician stands against the Second Amendment and the Constitution he is either a Traitor or a Socialist. Either way they should be dealt with the same.

Not a chance. As if there is not enough crap going on down there....

I agree, but what bothers me is that gun grabbers just never go away.

I think a history lesson is in order for those democrats. In my opinion, the biggest reason to arm people with firearms, even SA rifles with 30 round mag's, is to ensure our country never falls into the hands of dictators (in any form), or police state. Self defense is next.
