Simple but complex question, what are they preparing for? My opinion... war. Their actions over the past decade are inexplicable. What are you thoughts?

I'm preparing for what life deals to me. It seems like every day there is a new challenge. Being ready is what life is all about. Our grand parents were much more prepared than we are. sad
