I voted straight NRA. Their supported candidates all received my votes. That means I voted against Quinn and Durbin. It does not mean I voted straight Republican. Jack Franks, a democrat, for example for state representative, was the endorsed NRA candidate. I was 8th in line at 6am this morning. There appeared to be a heavier turnout than normal in the early morning.

In my congressional district we had only repub (Dold) at an NRA "D" and dem Schneider at an "F", this was a true hold your nose and vote race.

Dold can be reasoned with. His opponent was anti-Second Amendment (and the 1st and 4th too). He just needs to be invited out to the range sometime.
I just miss Joe Walsh. He made himself available every week. I spoke to him on several occasions at the Cup of Joe with Joe.
In fact it was a picture of him shooting with Mike that made me look at Red Dot.
I also miss Joe Walsh, when I'm unable to listen to his show I listen to his Podcast the next day.
I did that voting thing. Fun fun fun!
We need to get Joe to run again... He represented what America needs to be again!
I think Joe is doing better on the Radio. If he went back to Washington, we would be alone again. Can't accomplish anything when you are the only player.
Before fixing Washington, we need to fix our backyard. Let's see what Rauner will do.

Sadly, Mike you are right on him being alone. Sadly he is just what we need however, a true patriot that believes in the Constitution and America.
How did we get to this point where people like him are alone in DC?
3:00 Wednesday-Quinn finally concedes. I bet he really knew last night, just didn't believe it until he saw his shrink today.
Thought it was pretty classless though that he never actually congratulated Rauner though. Such a sore looser.
Just proves that Quinn is an idiot.
It's really too bad that Durbin won.
