I love the grip safety. When I re holster, I do a thumb press and that takes my hand off the safety, and I know I my gun CANNOT go off.
Mike, Prior to shooting XD's what were you shooting?
How was the transition of getting familiar with the grip lock?
I have to admit the Springfield was my first, buy I've never had a problem with the grip safety. I love the extra protection and that it's like it's not there when you go to use it. So I guess you could say from a beginner standpoint I don't have any problems with it, and I would say I like it

Brian, just grip the gun, and presto, you've adjusted.
Yea. There is no "adusting" to the grip safety. Its just kinda there.
Yeah, but what's there to adjust. Grip the gun, and forget about it.

Hopefully today I'll be able to make it in there! I haven't had enough time so far this week before the shop closed to make it in. Should get myself one of these and a leather holster from RDA for it.
Mike!! when are you going to get those bi-tone mod.2's in? I want one...
Not sure. The black 9 is all that was release this first week.

I'll have to grip rhe gun next time I'm in.
Yeah I'd recommend it... I'm going to wait a little bit and try to pick one up. Probably give mike a hard time about the bi-tone in the meantime =p
It's out of my control. All up to Springfield on how many they make.
