I highly doubt this. I'm sure Holder and Obama would love it but Obama just doesn't have the juice. He barely could get a new AG approved right now much less a SCOTUS nominee.

If they ever approved Holder for the SCOTUS the country truly is doomed. I doubt the man has even read the Constitution. He has zero respect for the law of the land. He is the only AG ever to held in contempt of Congress. Once he resigns he should be arrested, and charged with obstructing justice. The new AG must agree to arrest Holder for these charges before he can be approved.

Talk about giving the country the middle finger. I am not sure even Obama has the audacity to do that.

Obama still has things he wants to do (to us) before he goes. A lame duck with an historic low approval rating has little chance of doing a lot, but to add this insult?

I don't think even the few dems left who respect him would continue after that.

That's why we need need the Republicans to take the senate. We really need to push for Durbin demise. It would be huge to have the number2 guy in the senate to be replaced. WAKE UP ILLINOIS!!!!

Obama can't even get the surgeon general approved and his choice for AG decided to not even try. He couldn't get anyone he wants for the Supremes now.
