Im looking to build an AR15 but i dont want to spend 1k right off the bat doing it. I want to make it my own. does anyone have suggestions for parts starting from the ground up? i would be using it just for plinkin and just having fun. Im leaning towards one of those blemished Palmetto State Armory lowers. Im all ears guys!
I have a blem palmetto lower waiting to build. For 60 bucks you cant go wrong. Building one allows you to make a great custom rifle for way cheaper than buying a built one. Im thinking about making my next one a pistol build.

hmmm... Are those Blemished Palmetto receivers good quality for guns that you plan to shoot? Maybe a half dozen of them would be a good idea just in case. Seems like you could place a bet on the 2016 election that way.
I usually only shoot them, but it might be a good project to build one! I might learn a lot.
The blemished lowers are only imperfections in the finish, not even noticeable but are guaranteed to be 100% functional. They aren't weak.
Everybody that has gotten any where totally happy with them.
Mike, right now these are on special there for 49.99 each. If I order 6 of them do I need to pay the FFL fee 6 times? Or is it once per transaction?
