Hmmmm..... I wonder why he would do this? Maybe because the fast and furious documents are on their way to being released as order by the courts! Drool He is so screwed.
I'd put my money on that.
Yeah... But at least we are rid of this partisan hack. Maybe the new AG will appoint a special prosecutor for the IRS scandals. Or the GSA one, or Benghazi, or the VA, or Fast'n'Furious or the NSA illegal spying without warrants? Perhaps some rule of law will return? Maybe they will refile the Black Panther voter harassment? Cannot wait till be rid of Obama's number one henchman!
I took it as a sign that Obama has given up on the idea that the Dems will hold the Senate. Holder resigning now means he can appoint a new AG before control switches and Obama becomes even more of a lame duck (if that is even possible) and cannot get another AG he wants appointed. Wouldn't be surprised if other resignations happen soon for the same reason. It's going to be a tough two years for Dems leading up to the Presidential election and they are cleaning house now to minimize the noise.
Did you see who is thought to be the top choice to replace Holder---- Janet Napolitano!!!!!

He will get a slap and then fades away. Devil
Yeah, I don't think Holder gets much.
John Fund of the National Review spoke at the GRPC (Gun Rights Policy Conference) over the week-end (I was there) and stated it is a consensus among Washington insiders that this is an indication the White House believes the dems will lose the Senate and wants to get the next AG in now.
Good riddance Holder.
