Does Canada have ghettos and massive street gangs made up of the welfare classes? Canada seems more like the USA without our inner city cultural plantation dwellers.

and the metric system...

We have there are gangs and the drug Underwood is mostly biker gangs. They never built ghettos and stick a group of poor folks in them.

It takes government plantation overseers to do that...

I've been reading a Hells Angels book and it mentions a lot of the biker gangs ect up there. Sounds pretty crazy! At least in that biker world. Seems they mostly keep to themselves too, as most clubs try to do.
