Well, at least we found dumb and dumber.

Open carry is designed to DETER. That is why you have uniformed police and they open carry. Same with Bank guards and other security types. Armed and open carry is for DETERRENCE. It conveys the thought that you may meet deadly force if you break the law.

That is the PURPOSE of open carry.
