What do you suggest?
I suggest a 5th option. We end all TRADE with China. We arm the following countries with nuclear warheads and missiles, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and the Philippines. Say 10-40 weapons each. We initiate a full Naval Blockade of North Korea. We also tell China that any attack by North Korea will be considered an act of war by China against the USA, and we will retaliate accordingly.
