Seems the only questionable thinks Medrano did was pull back the restraining orders a couple times. One of those "he abuses me but I still love him" routines. I just don't get it, when someone hits, chokes you and you think things will get better. Some people never learn and shame on the law enforcement and courts for not catching this earlier.
