Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals Ignores Heller: No Protection for Guns It Deems “Dangerou

Really sad that their personal opinions are part of this decision. This type of mentality would include (if I lived there...NOT) my sons new Tikka 7mm-08 which is magazine fed.
