He's Right! The NFL starts Thursday! The last two real sports, where you are allowed to hit the opposing players. Although you have to give to edge to a sport that has cold steel and sticks...

Hockey and Football are probably the last two team sports... The rest are games. I still long for the cheap seats in the old stadium up in the third balcony. Hockey is hard to watch on TV (although I grew up sitting in front of B&W TV watching the Hawks on channel 9). Hockey is such a fast paced game, that it is hard to follow the puck on TV, compared to being at the game.
Football has a lot of strategy. More a thinking man's game. Field Generalship if you will.

Well said Belevin308, I used to go to the "Barn" all the time when I was younger with buddies. We'd get standing room only seats for like $10.00. Sometimes the action up in standing room only seats was better than what was happening on the ice. Those were the days.
