I whole heartedly agree, but there are a number of other objects ( many with pulses) that have no place in the US Capital!
Seriously, what you point out is one of the major factors of the loss of respect and honor for our law enforcement community. When a US official supports such examples it eventually hurts us all.

A Republican representative from CA. took the picture down today, returning it to the MO. Democrat. Says he may Display it again but that he had the right to remove it again if he does.
