The United States has an AVERAGE murder rate and rampage killings are JUST ONE PERCENT of U.S. murders

I know this is from October of last year, but it still hold true today.

Average murder rate, and a rate that has been declining steadily as gun sales have been going up steadily. I know its been said a thousand times on here before, but if gun control worked Chicago would be like Monaco
