This is why we need a federally mandated ccw.

Agree. It would solve a ton of issues.

The issue that I see is if you give the Fed Gov the power to mandate the CCW, well at first it may seem okay then here come the GOTCHA's! Leave it up to the States but get all the States to agree on a common law....Yeah like that will ever happen!
