They do not have the right to do this.
They may have the power, but they do not have the right.
The courts, the law, and the government authority does not constitute the right.
Problem is, they are doing it, and they get away with it. I can't wait for the day we stop laying down.
Seems an overreaction to charge him with a crime. I could see holding the firearms while they determine he is/is not a threat to anyone. All guns are "assault weapons" really, like a hammer could be, so that's stupid they focus on the carbine. Sheesh!
