Lets hope they get somewhere with the lawsuit. It would be nice to shut these morons down. But when the Dem's want tax money they will stop at nothing.
Lets hope that Seattle is punished for passing such an obviously un-Constitutional law. Punitive damages are called for in a such a case. Perhaps Seattle should refund all taxes collected and a 50% penalty for infringing on gun buyers Constitutional rights. Perhaps in such a obvious case, even the lawmakers involved should be named in the suit as well, to put them on notice that if they pass such blatant attempts to crush constitutional rights they can be sued.
Given the fact that the fine in Obamacare was allowed to stand as a "tax" by SCOTUS, I have no faith in this being struck down at all. I personally see this as an over-reach by Seattle but it is what it is.

And with this it is time that all gun stores move out of the area and relocate their stores just out side of the reach of this tax.
