Clown gun! To BRIGHT and to colorful. May for a concealed weapon in the Bay Area.
Might be effective for cc. Whip that out and the bad guy will have no idea what is going on and be distracted.
Instead of the bat symbol they should have put the hahahahaha Joker laugh, like the one from Jared Leto's tattoo in his Suicide Squad picture, on the cylinder since it is in his colors. That would be kinda cool then.

Ditto, it looks like a tie died toy from Haight Ashbury in the 60's-70's. Other thoughts were concerns for our LEO's and their safety.
