Poor guy has lost the plot. In UK there are no guns and absolutely no violent crimes or murders..... oops yeah there are plenty of violent crimes and murders, just committed with knives instead. If my memory serves me right, more people are killed with hammers than guns.
Whether the 2nd amendment can be repealed or not, he is still making the assertion that removing/banning guns will stop murders. In UK when gun ban went into effect 11.5 murders per million, 6 years later 18 murders per million. It has gone down some since then but clearly the immediate effect of a gun ban was more murders.

The chances of repealing the Second Amendment are near zero. Not while progressives, socialist, communists and democrats keep trying to subvert the Constitution and make us slaves to big government. We have far to many lawless left wing extremists in America.
