Holy crap! I can't even imagine getting stabbed with that. Or stabbing someone for that matter! Regardless, it's pretty damn cool. I feel like it'd get you into more trouble though in going beyond necessary to cause extra damage.

That's the first thing I thought, too. That freaking blade is intimidating enough. But why stop at air? Why not inject poison, too, while your inside your victim, or, worse yet, some of John Boehner's or Mitch McConnell's DNA?
Wait. That last suggestion would have to be considered a crime against humanity.

Can you imagine the amount of blood if that was someones belly?
I can't even think about the amount if blood from a deep cut to the belly, let alone trying to blow it up... I'll stick to a standard knife personally.. Lol I hope to never encounter either situation but that thing would just wreck shop!
