Even though the tax payer would be on the hook...I still thnk it would be cool.

You would hope that if the stupidity of the officials they elected lead to high tax payments then they would vote differently...but maybe not

I think the money from the suit, should she win, should be taken from the SCHOOL payroll accounts. Law typically allows judgments to be filed against those responsible. Thus those that are guilty, will be directly held accountable. The taxpayers should not be on the hook, the settlement should come from TEACHER salaries.

What to they think this is, hate speech? It really scares me with the thought process of people these days. Anything they think is offensive should be disallowed, unless of course it's for the benefit of their own cause.
