I am fairly dedicated to owning a nice variety... yes even 2x4 grips, sights that have to be replaced right out of the box, bad triggered, and overpriced Glocks have a place. But I'd rather have a Springfield or FN any day. One day Glock may make a rifle, and then it maybe my HK91 will have ergonomics better than Glock...

But seriously, you cannot go wrong with so many firearms today. We are living in the golden age if you will.

yea my wifes mom is my boss so i cant give her up, she pays the bills but the father is still up for trade. lol im not a fan of anything but iron sights on a handgun but that is put together very well
If I can locate my 2 ex's families I can come up with about 25 people to trade. This doesn't include my last ex, I wouldn't burden anyone other than Waste Management with her...Dang with all these targets being offered up we can all hook up for a live shoot. , :-) JK..
True. The best firearm is the one you shot most accurately. Everyone is different so you have a good variety. I prefer s&w since the M9 and M16a2 were my first weapons ever fired. I've been shooting expert levels with each in the marine corps so why not stick to what works best.

I've heard the Glock 43 has an improved trigger. Can anyone who has shot one confirm this?
Just passed 12,500 - halfway there
12,500 rounds? If so how is the trigger? Same as the 17-19 etc..

I don't get excited by Glock but this one would be cool just to display..
Love my glocks. I leaving California where I was visiting family and had the chance to go shooting with my brother. Other than a few misc pistols and numerous 1911's all he owns are glocks. He shoots idpa and many other competitions. Hes also shoots with regular and high level swat teams and they ridiculed him for shooting anything but glocks. They did admit that the trigger was not the best but the glock was theost dependable. So it really is personal preference.

Personal preference for sure. Every make and model has something just a little different that makes it right for you.
What a great contest! Guess it is time to get active on the forums again! Been off for awhile now!

Welcome back!
Nice piece, not usually a fan of optics on handguns but it looks decent on this

I never thought about optics on a handgun either other than on a Redhawk for hunting. I just walked out of RDA, played with the Glock on the counter. It would definitely take some time getting use to, however if you're shooting 3 gun I can see how it would be useful. Besides that I don't have one in my pile of Glocks so I want one.
