I hope the defendants go after everything these guys own to pay their legal fees. After they are penniless and bankrupt, I hope they serve as an example of what frivolous law suit can cost them.

The ruling says the idiots have to pay the court costs and attorney's fees. If they don't they open themselves up for a contempt of court charge, which can include a hefty fine and upwards to a year in a federal jail.
