Personally, I think there are "far too many creepy, untrained people" who purport to be constitutional experts propagandizing on the airwaves.

How many guns does he own?
I couldn't care less what Gerald Riviera, his real name as he changed it to sound more "Hispanic" by his own admission, has to say on anything. This is the same guy that was kicked out of his Iraq invasion embedded position for revealing the units location on the air in violation of the terms of the embedding of reporters with the military. The best Gerald Riviera moment on TV came when he insulted the Satanist racist biker on his old talk show and got one punched out of the fight. Other than that, whenever he appears on TV, my ears want to bleed and the TV promptly gets muted to save them.
1986 was last time I every watch him he was an A__Hole then and still is. 1986 was the year Geraldo Rivera lured the American public into watching his April 21, 1986 special "The Mystery of Al Capone's Vault".
Yes... Who cares what G says or thinks. Surprised for the attention it had gotten.
