If the bill is signed into law, New Hampshire will join five other states that recognize a constitutional right to carry a handgun, openly or concealed, without a permit from the government.

Lets hope it goes through without restrictions
This is a good start. Hopefully more states would follow. A bill like this only helps law abiding citizens. The criminal does not care what the law is.

Yeah. I hear Illinois is already lined up to pass a similar bill during the 2099 legislative session.

They're working on non-permit concealed carry here in WV in our state senate, as well. We already have constitutionally protected open carry in the state.
