BATFE To Ban Common AR-15 Ammo

In a move clearly intended by the Obama Administration to suppress the acquisition, ownership and use of AR-15s and other .223 caliber general purpose rifles, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives unexpectedly announced today that it intends to ban commonplace M855 ball ammunition as “armor piercing ammunition.” The decision continues Obama’s use of his executive authority to impose gun control restrictions and bypass Congress.
It isn’t even the third week of February, and the BATFE has already taken three major executive actions on gun control. First, it was a major change to what activities constitute regulated “manufacturing” of firearms. Next, BATFE reversed a less than year old position on firing a shouldered “pistol.” Now, BATFE has released a “Framework for Determining Whether Certain Projectiles are ‘Primarily Intended for Sporting Purposes’ Within the Meaning of 18 U.S.C. 921(a)(17)©”, which would eliminate M855’s exemption to the armor piercing ammunition prohibition and make future exemptions nearly impossible.

If you cannot ban guns, go after Ammo... This should start a buying panic. 62 gr. Green Tip 5.56mm M855 ammo is favored by many AR shooters.
Obama has to go! Write your Congressmen and Senators... Vote against every Democrat on the ballot in 2016!
Now the current rumor is they are drafting a similar measure going after Hollow Point and Tracer ammo, both pistol and rifle, with within a month of the 5.56 Green Tip, under the same criteria.
These democrats have to be fired! Remember that when you vote in 2016. They are all Anti-Second Amendment. They hate an armed citizenry, as they feel they cannot control them.
A lot of people forget about Obama's Mein Kampf, probably because he didn't write a book, but spread the ideas over a number of interviews. I call it Mein Kampf because just like Hitler anyone who wanted to know what either man was going to do had to just access what he said.
Obama's desire and plan to violate the Constitution was public knowledge as early as 1998. He said he had "administrative tools" ready to, in his words bypass the constitution, but what he meant was violate the constitution.
One of the tools is the use of regulatory agencies like this to essentially enact laws that would be declared unconstitutional by the courts. We already have several courts declaring some of his actions thus, but that process is a lot harder and requires a congress with a backbone. As we know you take the top 20 republican leaders and you can't find a pair between them.
It really angers me when any leader uses a "Pen" to place into action a law that is not warranted, justified, against their personal belief, or just to avoid public scrutiny.

Write your Congressmen and Senators. DEMAND action. Vote against EVERY DEMOCRAT on the ballot. If you don't, expect Socialism and the demise of Freedom and Liberty. Obama and his henchmen must be stopped.

Yes, we have. His name was Franklin D. Roosevelt. He tried stacking the Supreme Court in an effort to declare what he was trying to do constitutional but it blew up in his face. Woodrow Wilson wasn't much better. It was Wilson that re-segregated what was already a desegregated military, through an unconstitutional and unlawful executive order, as he felt blacks were inferior and not up to the task of defending the nation.
We have had a number of bad socialist democrats...FDR, LBJ, BHO... It is not bad enough they rob from one group to payoff their supporters, but when they ran out of other people's money, they decided to rob future generations...
Socialism and Communism are to be feared. They enable the lazy to leech off those that earn a living. Plain and simple.
