Da Bears need to fix a lot of things...

Cutler, the Receivers and tight ends are OK. Lets start with a few things that are really broken and have been for 2 years.

First off the Offensive line is awful. An excellent blocking tight end has only masked the issue. Run blocking is next to non-existent. Pass protection is still awful.

Second, the real problem is the defense. 30th against the run and 32nd against the pass. You don't win many games giving up 30+ points a game.
The linebackers were awful, the tackle play just as bad, and the secondary was the worst in the league. Dare I say we need to spend at least 3 or top 4 draft picks on corners and Safeties.

The coach and GM both RICHLY deserved to be fired. The GM for giving Cutler such an insane contract. The coach for trying to force Cutler into his system (the proverbial sqaure peg in the round hole). Imagine trying that with Rodgers or Brady.

We need to address the dead last defense as the top priority. The new GM should ask Cutler to renegotiate his contract to something reasonable.

Sorry to say we need the best defensive football mind available... Dare I suggest Rex Ryan? As much as that sounds awful, my brain says we should go after him, as we are not likely to have much to work with. If we can get the run and pass defense to say mediocre, we would be doing well.
