I was at the range and was shooting with some guys using noble. The shells looked cool and they didn't want them. So now I have quite a few and I haven't heard much about them.

I like them too. They have a line or primers that are not super hot, kind of like CCI and the hulls hold up really well (like 5-6 reloadings). The medium height brass is a pain to resize on a MEC 600 kind of press but in a collet resizer they are no problem.

I ran into a bunch of those at the McHenry club a couple of years back and reloaded them with slugs. They handled the heavier loads really well too..

Ah ok do you know if they are listed in that ballistic products manual you mentioned in another post? I also picked off the ground about 2 boxes worth of fiochi, and shot my best game if skeet so all and all a good day.

Your question prompted some more research.. here is what I found:

http://www.dkgtrading.com/nobelsport/gra...oading.pdf

Also there is a lot of discussion that these are Cheddite hulls and of course those are quite well represented in the BP Advantages load data.

I have not done one in a while, lots of folks would rather buy new. Of course there are advantages beyond cost to reloading shotgun ammo especially if you use BP data and wads... My Jan and Feb are pretty tight. Let me see what I can do..

Ballistic Products, Edina MN. Great company specializing in all things shot shell reloading. These folks changed everything I do in shot shell reloading when I discovered them about 15 yrs ago.
