I was looking at these for a while... At the end I decided I would probably go with the sp101. But the LCR definitely has it beat in the size and weight category! I just wanted something with an exposed hammer, which can be bad for carrying...

Any particular reason for a wheel gun? I've been wanting one for a long time but haven't picked one up yet.. I just love the styling and the simple design. They'd be a blast to shoot
He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.”

hmmm...

I don't own a revolver. I was thinking about a SP100 (357) 4" barrel. Or maybe the Ruger Blackhawk (357/9mm combo).

I think I would prefer an automatic over any revolver for concealed carry, but that is just my personal preference. More rounds, faster reloads, slim designs and better triggers.

The LCR does look cool, however.

For a full size revolver a gp100 is the way to go! The sp101 is just a smaller version of it.. Different grips and barrel.. I stopped looking too hard cause I need a rifle before another handgun. And I didn't know the blackhawk could do 9mm? That's pretty neat... I'm gonna have to look into that one more when the time comes.

I can't get it, but I live the work Gemini customs does..

I duuno... I have like a 3-5 guns on my wish list for the next couple years...

Something about the Ruger Redhawk just says cowboy to me. My prepper buddies think I should add a Mossberg 500 Marine shotgun. I am thinking an AK47 before 2016 rolls around. And I think a Springfield 1903 would be a great addition too. Then there is always a M1A, but do I really need another .308 rifle? And there is always that Ruger SP100 in 357 mag.

So many choices... I'm thinking this year I may add one more gun and spend more on training instead. I have way too many reinforced bad habits to break.n I want to take the Shotgun class (already paid for in Oct), the In and out of the home self-defense classes, the Range management class offered online by the NRA and whatever it takes to become a range safety officer. And I will also want the Rifle course as well.

I am thinking the money spent on unlearning my bad habits is better spent than on another gun. So I will buy only 1 gun in the next year.

There is something special about an ugly revolver... But I still prefer the more elegant ones... Haha

Haha it would probably be stolen by my gf. She said when she's gets her gun she wants the slide painted green. So I have to be careful with that!!

Fact... And we all know how expensive that can be.. A second gun you can put in the closet if you're wanting to use another one... Gf's tend to get a little finicky and upset about things like being put in the closet or the garage =p

If taken care of, a gun never says no, never gets a headache, takes less care than a GF or wife, seldom fakes it when you pull the trigger, is always there to listen to, never complains about going to the range (again), shines when it greats you, no monthly complaints about being on the silicone rag, will get in between you and bad people always n your defense, helps you peacefully sleep, when needed my its always at your side, likes threesomes and more, never complains if you leave it locked in a safe and you come home drunk, costs less than a GF or wife, when you lose interest, it's worth something in trade for a new on and you don't have to worry about it being adopted by a non caring person. The only similarity between a GF, Wife, or a gun is they alway are looking for a new coat, whether it's leather, Kydex, or nylon it seems they never have enough, although the a gun sometimes asks for an IWB or pocket coat. Personally I prefer when they dress in leather or nylon...LOL

If taken care of a GF or Wife will...TBD as I run for my life. ?

Honestly there's times I feel a man needs both a woman and a gun....but then I go to the range...???
