I'm trying to clean up and organize my safe (which I have about out grown). I've been debating what to use for humidity control.

Seems to me if I understand this right, the dehumidifier rods just warm up the air in the safe. Warmer air will hold more moisture at a lower relative humidity percentage but the moisture is still in the safe. Therefore you would need some type of a moisture absorber with or in place of the rod style units??

Well, I just keep some desiccant gels at the bottom of mine; no specific humidity control in mine. Sorry not much help.

I bought the Eva Dry 333's and installed 2 of them in each safe.

Gee, my safe seems quite happy if I feed it one gun a year...
